About this role
As a Regional Sales Manager — North & West, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact within the Vimta scientific ecosystem. This role blends hands-on execution with stakeholder collaboration, contributing to programs that advance pharmaceutical research, clinical insight, and quality assurance for clients across India and global markets.
What you’ll own
- Own day-to-day delivery of the function, ensuring quality, turnaround, and compliance to internal and regulatory standards.
- Partner closely with adjacent teams (operations, QA, scientific leadership) to plan workloads, escalate blockers, and close out projects on schedule.
- Translate evolving project requirements into clear execution plans, technical documentation, and reporting that stakeholders can act on.
- Mentor and review the work of junior team members, building team capability and continuity over time.
