At VIMTA, our Developmental and Reproductive Toxicology team is equipped with advanced technologies and the expertise to support a wide range of reproductive and developmental toxicology studies, including neonatal and juvenile animal studies. These studies are designed to evaluate the effects of small molecules and biologics on fertility, embryo-fetal development, prenatal and postnatal development, and maternal function. We also conduct studies to identify endocrine-disrupting properties, including the determination of serum hormone levels, estrous cycling, uterotrophic and Hershberger bioassays, uterine and vaginal histopathology, and cell staging.
