Vimta Labs, Hyderabad, in collaboration with bioMérieux India, opens the second Bioversity training session of 2026 — a two-day curated course on pathogen screening in food samples.
The session provides in-depth grounding in food safety microbiology and pairs it with hands-on experience of the advanced automated systems used for microbiology testing in food. Participants work through sample preparation, enrichment, conventional culture methods and automated detection on the bench rather than watching a demonstration.
The course is designed for practising microbiologists from laboratories across the country.
